Oudaro is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any brand owner. All brand names and trademarks are used solely for identification and reference purposes.

All fragrances are 100% authentic.
1ml, 3ml, 5ml, and 10ml products are fragrance samples, which are lawfully decanted from genuine products and repackaged into plain, unbranded clear glass atomisers. These samples are not supplied in original branded retail packaging, and no logos or trademarks are used.

Full-size bottles, where sold, are authentic and supplied in their original manufacturer packaging.

Any images displaying original brand bottles are for illustrative reference only and do not represent the packaging of sample products.

We except returns within 14 days of delivery 

You can return your faulty items within 14 days after receipt of delivery, please contact us via our website within 7 days of delivery

We do not accept returns on items that have been opened or tampered with including not in the original packaging.

If any issues do occur and the items are to be returned, the customer is responsible for shipping costs

When you contact us via our website you will be provided with a return address

1. Personal Use Only
Our fragrance samples are provided for personal use ONLY. By accepting or purchasing our samples, YOU agree not to use them for any purpose other than personal testing and enjoyment.

2. Prohibited Uses
You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling, Redistributing, or repackaging our fragrance samples.
  • Using the samples for commercial purposes, including but not limited to marketing, research, or product development.
  • Incorporating the samples into any other product for resale or distribution.

3. Intellectual Property
All Rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and formulas associated with our fragrances, remain the exclusive property of Oudaro. Use of our samples does not grant any rights to reproduce, modify or create derivative works.

4. Liability Disclaimer
Oudaro is not responsible for any misuse of our fragrance samples. Any use beyond personal testing is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action. 

5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that violates these terms, including seeking damages and injunctive relief.

By accepting or using our fragrance samples, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions

Delivery & Delay Policy

Most orders arrive on time, but occasional delays may occur. International orders may take additional time.

We do our best to deliver your order on time. Occasionally, unexpected delays may happen.

  • Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe at checkout.

  • In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed up to 30 days

  • For any questions or updates, our support team is happy to help

  • International Orders:
    International deliveries may take longer then exspected due to shipping and customs.
